Nate was able to spend time helping me return and refund despite that I faced lot of difficulties and was refused in the other store I originally purchased from. And it’s Saturday past 10pm late night and you can still see him helping others. Reference photo below. The best Autozone I have ever been to!!!

Linda was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She treated me with dignity and respect. She also educated me on running the diagnostics on my car. She was very informative when she was teaching me about the catalytic converter and my brakes. She’s an asset to your Auto Zone company. I haven’t ever received such great service. I recently lost one of my window wipers on the freeway and it was about to rain the next day, so I headed to AutoZone on Lake Ave in Pasadena and had excellent service. Brenda and Illiana were so helpful and put the new wiper on for me, which ended up being more difficult than normal because of my car, but they got the job done and were so gracious. I really appreciated all their help. Thank you and I will be back to this store for sure!
