I purchased a battery here last year and after noticing my car was having issues starting a few weeks ago I called AAA to come jump it. They told me it had a defect as it was leaking acid. I called the O’Reilly’s store where I purchased it (Store #3065) to confirm it was under warranty. They have the purchase history to confirm that I did indeed purchase this battery here so I came back to switch it out and that is when they told me that the battery I’m bringing back is from Auto Zone which is crazy because I purchased it at O’Reillys. The associate, Bernice, then told me that the associate who sold it to me last year scammed me and was fired for scamming other customers. However, the store refused to assist. The district manager, Luis Gutierrez, also confirmed that they would not assist me in remediating their error. As an Active Duty Air Force veteran I take integrity and honesty seriously and to be questioned about that is highly offensive. The associate admitted I was scammed and they refuse to honor their warranty. **UPDATE** The associate did disclose that I am the second person that this associate, Jesse, scammed in regards to charging for an expensive battery and then giving them an old battery. So, the store knew that the associate scammed multiple customers but failed to look into records of customers who purchased batteries from him to see if they too were victims of his.

I am extremely disappointed with this store and their terrible customer service! Five days ago I bought a custom-ordered part, paying USD 57.00 for one-day shipping. Obviously, it didn't arrive on Sunday. On Monday, they told me it would be one business day. It didn't arrive on Tuesday, and today, Wednesday, I still haven't received the part! When I went to the store to ask for a real update on when I would receive my part, I was treated poorly by the clerk. He said he could call to find out where the part was, but that he couldn't call because it would take too long, even though the store was empty, with only me as a customer. I left the store and still have no answer! I had to rent a car and am incurring enormous expenses for an immediate service that I paid for, which they didn't fulfill, and I was treated terribly as if I were wrong for questioning! I will contact my lawyer for compensation for the losses I am suffering! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE, EVER AGAIN!

I wanted to give a 5 star review for Evan the counter person who helped me with gaskets for my engine coolant outlet. He was very helpful very patient and went out of thevway to help. I ended up purchasing a new housing and again Evan helped me set that up. Very polite Very pateint Very helpful Evan should be given a raise or a managment position, If Orileys don't give raises. He would be a good candidate to receive a franchise endorsement if Orileys is a franchise chain. Enter Evan for a chance to win for sure he deserves it.
