This Napa is excellent! They provide excellent knowledgeable and friendly service. They are highly recommended. UK unlike the Ace Hardware store nearby. The owner is rude and I personally witnessed his nasty attitude towards customers I had to check him today. The place is understaffed. He should perhaps retire ,but it seems many workers come and go. For excellent customer service GO TO NAPA. If they dont have it go to Lowes, Home Depot, or Walmart. Better prices than this Individually owned home depot franchise.

I called for a part at 7am. They had 1 of 2 and the other will be in at 10am. No problem I said. They call me back and said the part won't be in until 12:30. So I arrived at 1:30pm and they didn't have neither part nor they didn't call me to tell me. I drove from Baldwin Park to Torrance CA. Almost 40.iles. BS.

I entered from the parking lot through the wrong door, no problem. The guy working in the back room showed me where the retail area was. They had the part I needed and had more than one option. I had just had my oil changed at a local place that charged $29 for an air filter. Napa had the filter starting at $6.99<br>Fast and friendly service at this location
