Zero star if i could. This company takes advantage of stressed people right after an accident. That should be illegal. They promise to take care of your car and they will talk with your insurance just to take the car and start collecting on that daily fee. 700+ dlls for lest than 24 impound we payed.

Pls try to avoid this company…the price for towing is tremendous ridiculous, 340 just for a 1/4 mile not even a 1/4 mile accident happen around the corner of my house I think they have contracts with Baldwin Park PD , also they worker have no any education for their costumer they are so dumb ..i offer 300 dls and they “said no and other wise have to take my car to his yard an call the police “ really? Not sure how this company still in business.

They towed my car after an accident. Assuming they have a contract with West Covina PD. While dealing with the insurance, they were able to get my car out of the tow yard and the back end of my vehicle was crashed, wholes in my bumper, the exhaust pulled off and the side of the bumper not longer flush. Only had My car 10 months the only damage to the car was the front end damage from the accident. Thank god I took photos of my car as they were towing it to prove the damage was done while they had my vehicle in their possession
