Awful experience. It was cheap, but you get what you pay for. Appointments mean nothing to them, customer service means nothing to them. A simple tire change took 24 hours, and they do not call to let you know if there's an issue. Had I not called to check the status of my car the day I dropped it off after three and a half hours, they likely wouldn't have called me to tell me that despite making an appointment, I'd have to come back the following day. It went from a 2pm appointment on a Friday to being finished at 2pm on Saturday. Meanwhile, you watch an employee taking a selfie with a customer, having idle chitchat. I will not be putting myself through a second bad experience with this place, and I'd highly recommend you not make the mistake of having your car worked on here.

Went in to get my 4 tires replaced on my 2015 Ford Fusion. They broke off 3 lug nuts on 1 tire and 4 lug nuts on my other tire. They then called me and told me they could not get the lug nuts off and that I needed to take them off prior to getting the tires replaced. I thought that was their job. So now I am in the process of having to remedy this issue and figure out how to get recouped for the damage to my vehicle. Walmart has denied all damage to the vehicle. I will happily get an attorney involved in this to get me paid for the damage this caused. I can’t even drive the vehicle to work!

I scheduled an oil change one week in advance and arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, exactly as instructed. Despite this, my car was not taken in for service even after waiting an hour and a half. What made the experience especially frustrating was that other vehicles were being serviced ahead of me — including cars that arrived after I did and cars that appeared to be walk-ins waiting in line. My appointment was essentially ignored. I genuinely do not understand the purpose of making an appointment in advance if it provides no priority and no respect for the scheduled time. This was a complete waste of my time and very disappointing customer service. If appointments are not honored, customers should be told that upfront. Otherwise, there is absolutely no reason to book ahead.
