This place says their closing hour is at 5 p.m., according to their posted business hours. We arrived in Manteca at 2 p.m. and went to the location. We called the owner and the person working there using the phone number provided. This man was extremely disrespectful and rude. His attitude toward me, simply for asking whether the place was open, was very quick to judge. I understand that he may make more money by having a car held there, but being hungry for money is extremely greedy behavior. I still don’t understand how someone can claim their business hours are until 5 p.m., yet there was no one there—twice in the same day. We went there two times, and both times no one was present. Why is someone getting paid for not doing their job properly? This is extremely shameful and disgusting on his part.

I went to retrieve my car here. Nightmare . They made me pay cash. That is illegal . If they do that to you, file in small claims at San Joaquin County If you need help message me . When tow companies brake the law they should pay . The same way we have to pay when our vehicles are towed. I'm currently elevating my ankle in bed as I write this. The tow yard is loose rock with tons of bigger chunks of asphalt all mixed together. Not paved as it should be. So make sure you don't slip and twist your ankle like I did Bottom line get your car back and make sure they are held account

The owner was incredibly rude and argumentative, even when there was no reason for it. He acted like he was just staff and clearly didn’t want to be there. Although they close at 4:30pm, they expect you to arrive before 1pm. They operate with minimal staff, and after noon, you have to call to make an appointment. Be cautious, as they seem to look for any excuse to charge extra. Communication is very poor, and they only give you a 30-minute window to get your car out, including with a tow, and the tow must not be late. Timing it right is crucial. They charge $100/day and are closed on weekends.
