2017 Kia Forte S: original engine was 110k miles and accidentally got run low on oil. Scrambling for a solution, LAJDM was recommended. They’re starting to deal in Korean engines and it was fortunate timing on both ends.<br>What ended up happening was Alex, Roy, Edwin and the guys got a somewhat oddball 0-mile engine in the car for less than 1/2 what the dealers wanted for a bare block on a pallet.<br><br>Their inventory is impressive and staff is ON it, and didn’t mind multiple phone calls of stupid questions. Probably the best option for Hyundai/Kia owners in 2026 and best prices on the internet, plus customer service.<br><br>TL,DR: was recommended and from this experience, WILL recommend

These guys are great! Not only did they offer me an engine for my Pirus prime at a way better price than anyone else did, but they were able to swap my bad engine in less than a week! Not to mention it was christmas and they still delivered in time. 5 star for these guys and will recommend to all my friends and family.

Alex and Roy are the best. They are super friendly, helpful and genuinely try to do the best job that they can. It's not easy when you're dealing with used motors and older cars. The experience that I had was overall very good and they genuinely tried to help me. The only issue I had was when I got the motor back it leaked and then they took it back and redid it and it still leaks. My motor was not leaking when we got it replaced. But, I guess they can't spend that much time on it because it would be a loss for them. They did try as hard as they could though and I do still recommend them even though I have a small leak from the motor. I think adjust your expectations if you're dealing with older cars that there's a chance you might end up with a leak. I still do recommend them and the motor that they put in for the last 6 months has been going strong. Thank you again and I appreciate everything you guys did!
