Hi family. Stopped by O’Reilly auto parts to replace the dome bulb in my car. The employees were very helpful. Also gave me tips on how to install it. I was wondering if I would be able to install it as I was having challenges trying to get the cover off If you are looking for a good deals on auto parts and great customer service stop by O’Reilly auto parts. No, I know sometimes automobile places have a reputation of trying to take advantage of their customers, but O’Reilly auto parts was very helpful and guided me through the process. I wasn’t sure if I was getting the correct lightbulb. The employee told me if it is not the correct lightbulb, bring it back and we will make sure you get the correct one. I rented a tool from orielys in Richmond but I work a lot was unable to return it until a week later. I called a random oriely's and asked if I can get a refund still. They said bring it in it's fine. So I called this store they told me the same thing on the phone. I got there and they said they won't return it and maybe try the richmond store. So after driving all the way over there after they agreed to return still shut it down. Pretty irritating I will never go to this store again. This is not the first problem I've had with this store.
