I recently had a flat tire while in Lake Havasu, Arizona and I can't express how grateful I am for the exceptional service I received from AAA. From the moment I called, the dispatcher Ruby who was incredibly friendly, efficient, and reassuring. It made a stressful situation so much easier. The driver Daniel Payne arrived in less than 15 minutes from "A Toe Truck" Co I was impressed by his professionalism and determination. My flat tire was just the beginning; my spare was stuck underneath the car, and I didn't have the right tools. Daniel didn’t hesitate for a second—he literally crawled under my car and worked tirelessly until he got the spare loose. But his dedication didn’t stop there. When he discovered that my spare tire wasn’t in good condition either, he went above and beyond by trying to contact someone to see if they could fix my spare.His commitment to helping me was truly remarkable. I want to give a huge shout-out to both Daniel and Ruby the dispatcher for their outstanding service. I called and talked to Dustin. He was very friendly and professional. He contacted a tow truck driver in my area and kept me informed on when that they would be coming. The driver’s name was Daniel Payne. He was friendly and understanding. He also said he could give me a ride home. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to anyone.
