I did a four-wheel alignment and steering wheel adjustment here. After driving for a few days, the steering wheel still wouldn’t return to center on its own, so I came back and they adjusted it again for me. I also had the tire pressure sensor and tires replaced. The mechanic was very patient and the owner is also very nice. In business, quality, reputation, and price are all extremely important. In China, we have a saying about doing business: “small streams flow long,” which means keeping prices reasonable and making a small profit on many sales. As long as you have many customers, you will have more business and more profit. I wish their business keeps getting better and better!

I made an appointment and brought my car into A&K auto shop and tow and asked them to fix my check engine light and car making a sound, I toldJustin I had taken it to a previous shop and gotten a quote and a possible diagnostic, I gave them the paperwork from previous diagnostic and they said they didn't honor other shops diagnosis that they would do their own and have to charge me for that. I agreed for them to do their own diagnosis and they said it was the mass flow sensor and not what the other shop has stated which was the PVC valve and EGR valve. I agreed for them to fix it since they said that was the issue, they said my car was ready and I paid them and got my keys. Upon entering my car and initial start-up my car made the same noise and the check engine light came on. I immediately went back inside and told Justin my car was not fixed. He said it must've been something else and they were fixing my car only according to the diagnosis that I gave them. I asked then why was I charged for their own diagnosis if that were true, they were rude and did alot of double talking but weren't willing to make it right or return my $550. I had to rent a car and have been out of a car for 3 weeks because its what I thought was wrong with it. Now I'm out of money i could've use for what the problem actually was and have to start over from scratch. Also I don't even think they replaced my mass flow sensor, only cleaned it so they should only be charging me for labor if anything and definitely not for a diagnosis either since they were only going by my paperwork. I've already tried to reach out to you several times. That's not what happened. You need videos inside your shop to see what's really going on with your workers. I'm not gonna bother again, I'd rather not be talked down to or spoken to like I'm crazy, I'll handle it through other means.
