Delta Time III's engine died. Called BoatUS and explained our situation, location in the California Delta on the San Joaquin River and a tow boat was dispatched. Within an hour, Captain Tom and 1st Mate Bob were with us. They expertly secured our boat to theirs and towed us the one hour distance to our yacht club's guest dock. Perfection best describes the Boat US team of Captain Tom and 1st Mate Bob. Thank you fellows! Dave and Linda

Captain Tommy & his First Mate, Phillip, were awesome. I found myself in a very stressful situation, stuck on the delta and they came to our rescue. They were earlier than expected, extremely kind, friendly, & personable, and got my jet ski connected and towed us exactly where we needed to go. They did all the “heavy lifting” and really eased my mind at an uneasy time. I highly recommend them and am grateful that they do what they do. You could tell they are honest people too, who enjoy their work, which in today’s world, is quite unusual. Tommy was a gentleman-helping me get on and off the boat and giving clear instructions how to maneuver from one side to the other. They also had excellent communication while I waited for them to tow me and even sent me a link so I could see exactly their location/travel and arrival time. They were a very efficient team. If I ever need another tow, I hope it’s by Captain Tommy because then I know I will be safe and stress free.

Captain Tommy and his first mate did a professional job towing our boat. They are well skilled at their craft. Took us from Rio Vista to Stockton with no concerns. Made for a worry free cruise on the Delta.
