Had Prado's Towing pick up our car after requesting a tow from AAA. We had Jr assist us in our tow and he was very prompt and helpful. Driver showed up and didn’t want to fix the flat tire and only wanted to tow the vehicle. Then, said he didn’t have the right tools to get the tire off. But, in the meantime, he broke the board that covers the spare tire in the trunk. Then, when I said, what are you gonna do about that? He said well you were helping me it’s your fault. The only thing I was doing, was holding it by my pinky of courtesy when he asked me. Then he popped it up and broke it.
