The guy that was at the office was really nice .My truck didn't start so he pulled it out on street. After trying to start it with no success I had to call AAA which had Fernando G come pick it up for me he was really nice too got their right away and brought it home for me . The guys had great customer service the girl on the other hand that answered when I first called not so nice at all.

Since the minute he arrived to the moment he made the wise decision to ensure I was safe and towed my car to the shop!!! Thank you Berry!!! Although the dispatcher (female) was cordial, she should have asked if I was in a safe place... for the next calls!!!
