Yesterday, my fiancé and I were in an accident on the highway during heavy rain, and after several towing companies refused to come due to the dangerous conditions, City Towing stepped up without hesitation. They arrived within 20 minutes and immediately put us at ease. Our driver, Mark, was incredibly kind, calm, and professional from the moment he pulled up. He had our car safely loaded in under 10 minutes and it was clear that our safety and comfort were his top priorities. 2am call to City Towing after major tire damage sustained while driving…they were fast, friendly and courteous! Mark, our tow driver arrived within 15 minutes, took amazing care of us in the pouring rain, and got us safely to a 24 tire shop (thank goodness such a thing exists). Mark stayed with us until he was sure we were all taken care of. Thanks City Towing! You guys saved our trip!
