I don’t even know where to start with how amazing this store and its staff are. I was having troubles with my truck after coming down for a camping trip and made many calls and trips to the counter for various items. The staff always treated me kindly with great patience and even made phone calls to their friends to help me out. I had brought down a pumpkin from my farm on my trip and gave it to the owner as a thank you to the team. Happy Halloween and I will stop by next time I’m in town just to say hi! ?

Excellent service. They helped us correctly size the chains for the vehicle and showed us how to install them properly. Would definitely recommend. Excellent customer service.

Like many others have said, these folks are great. They are not open on Sundays. But...due to a rookie mistake (and maybe some elevation stupidity) I needed some radiator fluid. I drove there with my truck just about empty (and over heating) from South Lake. I open the door and the lights are off...uh ohhh. But turns out one of the employees was there doing something that needed doing. I told him my predicament and he stopped what he was doing, got the jugs of fluid and rung me up. And he did it with kindness and a smile. Did I mention that they are closed on Sunday's! So not just a miracle, but also super kind to ring me up on their day off. Not sure when I'll be back up Bishop way, but I'll try to remember to stop by with a "thank you." And I wish I could give the employee's name, but I didn't think of asking. I was so self focused I'm ashamed to admit it. Thanks, Dude with the black Nissan Frontier.
