When I open my auto repair business in 2005 Jacksons Napa was the first wholesale account I opened, the quality and expertise never goes out of style here.

This place was my favorite Napa, but it has slowly gone downhill. I tried ordering parts with Karen and they were ordered incorrectly twice. I could not put the old parts on the car and I had to have the customer leave the car over the weekend. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for the past week to receive a credit ame all I keep on getting is “we’ll get back to you.”

I went Saturday morning to buy a water pump. The lady that helped me asked if I was a AAA member because I can get a discount. She said without me asking for a discount.! That is ? customer service. I had my granddaughter with me, without her asking a gentleman let her know she can take all the popcorn ? she likes as long is ok with me. Also ? customer service. All in all before even asking for anything they were able to go above and beyond without asking that merits 1000% customer service!
