I had an unexpected tire blowout while driving west on I-10 the other morning, which left me stranded on the side of the freeway. Through my Geico app, I was connected with South West Towing, and I couldn’t have asked for better help. Pablo came to my rescue and immediately put me at ease with his professional attitude and experience. I don’t know much about towing or what usually goes into it, but Pablo made the whole process simple and stress-free. He not only hooked up my car quickly and safely but also made sure I had a ride along with my vehicle to get new tires. I have nothing but positive things to say about South West Towing. Truck broke down after mechanics were closed. First tow company I called didn’t show up. I called Southwest, Gerald was the driver. I was already stressed because the truck wasn’t in a good place on the road. He showed up real quick . He towed it and took extra time to find the correct shop, the location was difficult. His kindness was appreciated. Very professional and caring. Made it all so much easier. Thank you

Had a blowout which required tow - company has been great in the past this most recent incidence focused more on all of the contracts they hold with the dealerships, insurance companies and are extremely money focused. They will rip you off and hold your vehicle if necessary for collateral. Profit is the primary concern here and not helping someone out who truly needed it. The most recent experience was the absolute worst!
