I highly recommend this place!! The owner is amazing! I believe his name was Glen. He went above and beyond for us! I cannot express my appreciation enough. He not only told me my code but got a step stool, climbed under my hood and told me my exact problem and that I was safe to make the 3.5 hour drive home. We made it home safe. Thank you again and again for providing the best customer service!

This place was recommended by the front desk at my inn - I'd gone to them asking for some duct tape after a deer hit my car and ran off (thankfully). But left some damage. They suggested that I pop in and see what this Napa location suggested far as shoring up the damage until I could drive the car back home. I didn't expect much. A woman greeted me - sorry didn't get her name - and came out to take a look. Just the fact she bothered to come out and see what she could do - I thought that was worth mentioning here. Little thing but it was much appreciated. Popped the displaced tire well back into place. That and some well placed tape worked well enough for the drive home.

Glen was unprofessional and dismissive. My elderly mother simply requested a copy of a receipt, which he refused to provide. He hung up on her after her initial request, and then repeatedly hung up on me when I tried to follow up. I’m not sure why a straightforward request turned into this level of hostility, but this is not how a business should treat its customers. I’ll be contacting the BBB to file a formal complaint.
