Called at 2pm to get a tow while stuck on the side of i-880. They said they'd be there in 30 minutes. At 3:20 I texted asking for an update, then called 15 minutes later when I saw my text had been read but not responded to According to the the person I spoke to, they thought I had cancelled and said they needed to talk to a manager to determine their new ETA. At 4:03 they finally responded that their ETA would be an extra 45 minutes. I officially cancelled my service and called a different company. That lack of professionalism is absolutely astounding.

Juan (Charley) is awesome. I was on the side of the freeway on 280 by the entrance of Ocean ave/Alemany Blvd waiting for a tow truck to come pick me up since I had a flat tire and didn't want to risk it driving further up. Called insurance to have a tow truck pick me up, but the waiting time is about an hour or 2. I called Juan and checked to see if he can help me out. He said yes and in about 20-25 min he came thru with the tow truck. Took me to rolling stock and we exchanged info after that. Great guy! Thanks Juan!

Sketchy dudes, left me hanging for 2 hours after saying 45 mintutes, then when i called the dispatcher didnt take any of my information and told me 45 minutes then put me on hold and hung up on me, needless to say i called action towing and got a ride in 20 minutes, thanks guys ?
