Right away, all three gentlemen at the counter greeted me with a welcome smile and “Hello” ☺️ I went in looking for windshield wipers and as always, I never know what I’m looking for because I know absolutely nothing about cars, but right away one of the guys asked me if I needed assistance. He right away walked over and guided me on the area of the wipers and explained the difference between brands and sizes. After making my decision, he rang me up, and helped me put all three wipers on. HUGE shout out to Jacob!!! Very helpful and kind. AMAZING customer service! Definitely going back because of him!

I needed a new battery they were able to help me get the right battery and even installed it for me. Staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The store is clean. My Jeep works better than it did with my last battery.

Employee was rude with me because I do not know much about cars. And I could not understand the printout from the car, check engine light scanner. If I knew everything about cars, I wouldn’t have to go to AutoZone to ask questions about my car. the employee should be expecting people to not know and have a better attitude. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll go to O’Reillys from now on.
