Outstanding Service from Carlos! After visiting three different stores and being turned away with no help, we finally came to AutoZone and were lucky enough to be helped by Carlos. From the moment we arrived, Carlos had an amazing attitude! He was kind, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. He didn’t hesitate to assist us with changing our car battery, even when others wouldn’t. His patience, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Went into the store just to get windshield wipers and there was 1 person ahead of me and there were 2 store representatives behind the counter. It took the 1 rep who was not assisting a customer maybe 4 minutes to look up and see me there. After he told me the kind of wipers I needed I went to grab them and returned to the counter to purchase them. Now again there was 1 person ahead of me and 2 representatives behind the counter. The same man that previously helped me has seen me at the counter with the blades and starts making calls . He then fiddles around and talks to the other rep who has already finished with his customer. At this point I am the only person at the counter. He finally looks at me and ask what do I need as if the blades are not visible. He rings me up and I asked him to put on the wipers for me. He did and then had the nerves to ask about a tip. The customer service was horrible. These guys need to have immediate re-training on customer awareness, customer service and how inappropriate it is to ask for a tip. I will never go to this location again.

Nearest autozone in my areas and must say that the costumer service by the older employees is exceptional!
