I had Hussein from Slim Towing move my car nearly 30 miles to my mechanic today, and I couldn't be happier. When you’re dealing with a vehicle you care about, you want someone who is meticulous, and Hussein was exactly that. He was incredibly careful during the hook-up, drove very responsibly, and was a pleasure to talk to. Truly professional service—I highly recommend asking for Hussein if you want the job done right.

Never thought I would leave a 5 star review for a tow company, but here I am. Got randomly paired with All City Towing through Geico and could not be more thankful. They sent out George, who was incredibly knowledgable and thoughtful. He spent 20min talking with me troubleshooting and ended up saving me a tow and a whole workup at an autoshop. He was able to fix the problem on his own and was very generous with his time. We never got to the point of needing to go to an autoshop, but he was calling his contacts finding the best option for me. 10/10 experience, felt like a white glove/concierge service. I hope I dont need towing services in the future but if I do, I will be calling All City Tow. Ask for George, he is the man

I was assigned to this company through GEICO. Initial ETA on Geico app was 6:50 pm. I waited 10 more minutes but still nobody showed up. I called them, they gave me some bs reasons and said the new driver was gonna arrive in 30 mins. Guess what, they didn’t arrive until 8pm. The guy over the phone was rude and disrespectful and i had hard time understanding what he said as he was speaking gibberish. When I asked him to speak clearly, he mockingly baby talked to me. Very unprofessional and rude stuff. The driver was friendly and helpful and objective. He is a 5 star but not the company.
