I had an excellent experience with Daland Body Shop in February 2025 when I brought my Black Toyota RAV4 in for repairs. What really impressed me was how they went above and beyond by offering me a clean and well-maintained rental car while my RAV4 was being repaired, which made the whole experience so much easier and stress-free. The repair was completed on time, and my RAV4 is now running like new. I truly appreciated their transparent communication, excellent customer service, and the quality of work done on my vehicle. Rich, Tasha and their team behind the scenes were fantastic! Tasha dealt with my insurance company directly and handled everything, including coordinating Enterprise car rental to pick me up to get the rental car. And as an added convenience, I was able to leave the rental car at Daland when I picked up Maggie (my Magnum). Maggie is looking better than ever! Rich even discounted the extra work that I requested which was outside of my insurance claim. I would highly recommend Daland and will definitely go back for future auto body needs.
