I called and spoke with Myra regarding a company/business account. I called for an hour and no one ever picked up. I called the personal side and finally got someone to pick up. They said they would transfer me and I said no one is answering that side. So they transfered me and when they did pick up Myra was immediately condescending and rude. She began to reprimand me for not leaving a message. Then she began to berate me for a business dumpster being filled and questioning what was being put in there. If I were the owner and heard someone berating and interrogating a customer on a business account I would fire them on the spot. I dont know how employees are trained here but thats not how we run things at the business I called on behalf of.

They do a wonderful job every time Ive called for extra trash pickup they come through and the regular trash men are very nice and poliet I really appreciate their service

Every time they have the bulk pick up they don't show up. Currently I have trash outside waiting for them to show up from yesterday. They never do what they say they will. It's ridiculous that we have to pay for this service that we NEVER get without me having to call them to see if they'll ever do what they say. Don't send out flyers saying your going to do something AND THEN NOT DO IT!!!! Further proof that DHS doesn't matter. Other communities aren't forced to keep filth in their yard just because of lies. This company has the monopoly so they know they don't have to actually do anything.
