!!! BEWARE THESE ARE SCAMMERS !!! This Towing company and Loui Cruz of Lien Receivables LLC Formal notice is hereby given to immediately cease all communication with me. Despite multiple requests to desist, this establishment has continued to contact me. The situation arose when I assisted in obtaining a temporary tag for a vehicle in California, where I was visiting my nephew. The vehicle's owner failed to properly register the vehicle, which was later impounded. Now, the company is attempting to hold me accountable for $2700 in fees, citing my association with the vehicle's temporary tag. I want to make it clear that I am not the vehicle's owner, and the temporary tag was merely a means to facilitate the vehicle's movement. I challenge the notion that I am liable for the fees and suggest the company pursue the actual owner. If necessary, I am prepared to defend myself in court, where I am confident the matter will be resolved in my favor. It appears this towing company and Loui Cruz Lien Receivables LLC may be engaging in predatory practices. I have several Messages of them harassing me and arguing with me over something I have nothing to do with this place needs to lose their license!

I sold my car to this kid, and before I could turn in the release of liability it got towed by CHP to this lot. The owner of the company worked with me, and helped the kid get the car back as i love 5 hours away. He was overly patient with the kid and super communicable with me. If I break down in Sonora I'd call this company before I call some cheap scam one.
