Tran was wonderful to help me with the battery replacement for my 2019 Lexus ct200. Check with another auto parts place and was told because of the rain and the fact location of the battery and that they would have to remove a plastic piece…they could not service my car. The lady at this location was very helpful and when she could not find help. She called out for TRAN. She explained the situation and how special tools would be needed. TRAN responded, I can do it. He was an angel in my hour of need. I was drive back to Fresno and was so worried about the check engine light Thank you O Riely and special thanks to TRAN

I want to give a big shout out to Trong for going above and beyond in helping me with my battery warranty exchange today. There was an issue with the item number on my receipt, but he took the time to figure it out and made sure everything worked out. When I came back to drop off my old battery after installing the replacement from my mechanic, I was met by the store manager. I explained that I was there for a return and warranty exchange, with all my receipts in hand. Instead of reviewing my issue, he immediately told me there was nothing he could do, and shifted the conversation with an attitude, emphasizing that he was the store manager. I asked for Trong to explain the situation, and while doing so, the manager openly criticized him in front of me and two other customers. Whether right or wrong, that kind of conversation should be handled privately, not in front of customers. Trong was simply doing his job and trying to help me, and it was unprofessional for the manager to treat him that way. As a paying customer with a legitimate issue, I shouldn’t be made to feel like a burden. And no employee should be spoken down to publicly when they’re trying to help. Thank you again to Trong for your professionalism and persistence. As for the store manager — this experience shows a real need for coaching on how to properly address both customers and employees.
