A driver tried to illegally impound my car from the lot I was parked in, which another tow truck company handles and the driver assaulted me and tried to get in my vehicle to stop me from driving off. Made a police report but was told without the plates or description (I did give a description; some 40 year old 6ft chubby Latino guy) they couldn't do anything. I'm sure the company doesn't care cause the cops don't but stay away from this company, cause that same guy who assaulted told me he was going to take my car eventually, a car that I own and paid off years ago and have no problems with. I was a paying customer at that lot and to get assaulted, threatened and basically blackmailed because I didn't let him steal my car is such an insane thing that happened. He tried his hardest to keep me from taking pictures too and wasn't able to get the plates but I found out the company name. Stay away from this company.

Had my car towed by them and they ran over the key fob. Car was repaired 50 days later and they told me to contact them so they could replace the key fob. Called them over 20 times with them responding. They are working on it. Four months later and still no key Fob, just run around. This company is very unprofessional and do not follow through with what they say they are going to do. I have reported them to my insurance company to not use them in the future and I’m writing this review to prevent others from dealing with the issues I dealt with. Please find a company that is going to be honest and reputable.. I gave them several chances and probably more patient than most. A follow up to the review. I just received a call from the owner after posting this review wanting to defend himself about why the key fob wasnt replaced. Not much to defend when you run over it. How about apologize and pay for it? A company that doesn’t take responsibility should be avoided. please find an honest tow truck company even in despair. I will definitely be more cautious.

GEICO sent them for road side assistance for replacing flat tier. The guy came and replaced the spare tier which did not have air (my mistake). We had a gas station right opposite the street where we could get the air filled in the spare tier the guy just fixed and left leaving us stranded as we cannot move the car. It was like he replaced one flat tier with a other I had to get another towing company to come and tow the car to a workshop. Very disappointing experience they could have been little more sensible and sensitive towards customers issue and try to get it resolved they just left us stranded in an unknown neighborhood.
