A evil business that made us lose $420 and 4 hours of our lives. The previous night they place a sign on trees with a wire that prohibited parking “Sundays from 1am to 4pm”. They go with cranes at 5am to look for the poor fools who left their parked cars, take them while all the neighbor sleep. The next day we call you at 311, when after several hours you manage to communicate, they make you pay the fine of $420 near LAX airport. Once paid, they make you return to Marina del Rey, where your vehicle has kidnapped. They make you wait under the ray of the sun on the gate 30 minutes, until you can finally communicate with them to give you your car. A evil business!!!

Worst experience ever with an older woman named Myrka V (employee number 14-0112) black hair and glasses. She had an attitude the entire time and was not helpful at all. All the women there seem rude but this one in particular was beyond rude. Maybe the owner needs to train her again & teach her custmer seevice skills, bc clearly she seems miserable. If you dnt like your job then quit and find a new one. If I can give this place a 0 I would. The only ones that were nice, were the men working in the actual tow yard. Mind you I was in a really bad accident so I was limping around and she was very pushy and rushed me.

Purposely have their tow and payment locations separate and also don’t accept Apple Pay. The harder you make it to pay, the bigger the fee in the towing business. Trashy people across the board.
