I brought my car here to fix a specific issue and it was never actually fixed. I paid for the service and left with the exact same problem I came in with. On top of that, there was no real explanation or accountability when I followed up — just excuses. When you take your car to a shop, you expect the problem to be solved, not to waste time and money. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened here. I won’t be coming back and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who needs reliable work done.

John is absolutely amazing! He worked on my truck and fixed the issue right away the first time. When I brought it back for a different problem, he was upfront and broke down every detail so I could understand exactly what was going on. I completely trust him to work on all my vehicles — he’s honest, reliable, and beyond reasonable. This is hands down the best auto shop I’ve ever been to in Tulare County! Don’t take your car anywhere else — Hometown Auto is the place, and John is the man!
