The Visalia tow yard isn't as wheelchair accessible as the one in Tulare. When I mentioned it to the yard attendant I was informed that tow yards have exemptions. I doubt that since I own a business specifically about disability laws. However, they did make a Reasonable Accomodation and worked with me to help me get my vehicle. When asked about the costs, the staff are able to pull up the itemized costs. So that's a plus. At both offices the staff are respectful & helpful. Prices are a bit different if your vehicle is impounded so don't be shocked. Follow the law. This experience wasn't by choice but turned out very pleasant. I learned a very costly lesson to purchase a moving permit! If I ever need tow services in the future. This will be my choice for sure!
