A few days ago, I was in a car accident and my vehicle was towed to this facility. Yesterday, I went to the tow yard to retrieve my personal belongings from the car. Unfortunately, the damage was severe and the car had no power, so the trunk would not open — and I urgently needed to get my baby stroller out. Hector and Robert assisted me, and I truly cannot thank them enough. They were extremely professional, patient, and dedicated. They tried many different methods and worked tirelessly for over half an hour. In the end, they successfully opened the trunk and helped me retrieve my items. Honestly, my husband and I were ready to give up halfway through, but they did not. Their persistence and willingness to help during such a stressful time meant so much to us. Thank you, Hector and Robert, for your outstanding effort and kindness. Highly recommended!

Thank you for your response. My review reflects a real experience that took place at 11:39 am which is within the hours you indicated Spanish-speaking staff are usually available. During that call, no attempt was made to transfer the call or provide assistance in Spanish; the conversation was simply ended. While I acknowledge what you describe as your standard practice, that was not my experience. I’m sharing this so others know what to expect and so the company can review how calls like this are actually handled.
