My 2007 Prius suddenly stopped moving, so I took it to Hybrid 911, and they were extremely professional from the start. They diagnosed the issue right away, explained everything clearly, and took full responsibility for getting my car back on the road. They even provided me with a car to drive, which was a huge help, and they fixed my car in less than 24 hours. The issue turned out to be the driver-side axle, driver-side motor mount, and transmission mount, all of which were replaced with new parts. The total cost was $850 including tax, and the repair comes with a 6-month warranty. My car now drives perfectly. I really appreciate their honesty, speed, and customer care. Hybrid 911 gave me the best customer service , and the hospitality. They fed me tacos even after they were closed for the day. The service provided was so fast and smooth even when my car was down right before the new year. My hybrid battery was replaced within 2 days . This is the best place for hybrid battery repair and replace. Much cheaper than the dealership and the warranty is longer too. They did a great job! Will recommend to everyone I know with hybrid cars
