Worst AAA towing experience ever!!! It took 4 hours for the driver to arrive. I promptly went outside and the driver held his finger out to me like step back I'm not talking to you. He eventually got out and immediately gave me attitiude, his body language said it all. I handed him the key to my car and asked that he tow it to the mom and pop shop I use in Santa Maria for repair. The vehicle has been on non-op for some time but I'm ready to start to restore it. Jairo stated, "We don't tow if the registration isn't up to date". I told him that verbage is not within my AAA contract. He shrugged his shoulders, handed me my key and drove away. I called their office in Grover Beach and spoke with Dora. She was equally as rude. She wouldn't hear me out, put me on hold, then agreed with her little buddy. I suspect they wanted to get off early due to the holiday. There's plenty of holidays I don't want to work but I need to put food on the table. If your gonna be a complete jerk to your customers then stay home. Karma my friend. I imagine they're still going to bill AAA for services not rendered.

This is BEST towing experience I have had in years. I called twice via triple A. The second time I specifically requested college towing and Oscar the driver. Oscar is a true professional, expert of his craft, very kind and both times got to my location expeditiously. I also spoke with Kate who was so kind, professional , just outstanding. Thank you so very much Oscar and Kate. I do not want any other company to tow my car except College Towing of Grover Beach. Thank you Jewell.

AAA dispatch this awesome tow company. I got a flat tire I’m my Bronco at Pismo Dunes. The driver swapped my spare and topped off the rest of the tires at our hotel in Shell Beach.
