I was extremely pleased with the service I received from The M Shop. They do require an appointment, but were very welcoming. They ensured to explain the issues of my car thoroughly and kept me informed with updates. Joe also informed me certain emission component's still had warranty from the manufacturer and he didn’t try to upsell other services for my car. They were accommodating and responsive to my questions. I was very impressed by their shop being clean and organized. Overall the whole team offered excellent customer service and most of all, Honesty. I highly recommend this shop! Thank you Joe for taking care of my 2011 328i Coupe.

These guys are so talented, they could have terrible customer service and I’d still bring my BMWs here. But they’re actually super organized, timely and responsive on top of being killer mechanics. The wait for scheduling my appointment was absolutely worth it. Once it was in the shop they turned it around quick. Full inspection, complete service, new suspension setup, brakes & rotors and a list of next steps within a couple days. Estimate was accurate, billing was transparent and detailed.
