My battery died and I called there to see if my old battery was still under warranty. It was! Adrian helped me over then phone then in person. I believe he’s the manager and he does a really good job. And he’s very nice and knowledgeable. He also checked my alternator for free. Very happy I went there and will again!

Seeing how we do not get much rain in LA, I used my wipers and they were in immediate need of replacing. It was as if my wipers had turned to noodles. I knew I could change them myself but got a lot more information with a google search making it even more confusing. Nearing a mental breakdown, my dad urged me to go to O'Reilly's and it was the best advice. I stopped by this location and Adrian helped me. He was extremely patient with me, helped me figure out what blades I needed and pointed me to where they were located. Seeing I was still lost, he walked with me and talked me through the different options giving me very helpful information to make the best decision for myself. I asked if it was easy to switch them and he said to bring my car up to the side, and in the rain he walked outside with me and not only helped me but he taught me. He switched one blade then walked me through the other so that I could actually learn for the future. If this is just a this location type thing, or just an Adrian thing, I'm extremely grateful. But if this is a brand thing, I will absolutely come back more and more so that I can not only get what I need, but also learn more and make cars less daunting for myself!

We needed to purchase some parts for an older Lexus that we have. A 2008 IS 250. Needed some bolts for the battery and the lifts for the hood and trunk. They had worn out and given out. We were able to search online and find the parts we needed. And we were able to see if they had them in stock. For some parts they did not have in stock, they ordered them for us and we picked them up at the store. Overall a great experience. The staff was very helpful. And being able to save hundreds of dollars as opposed to going to the dealer for these parts was great as well!! :) Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts!
