All Customers , please be aware Of doing any business with Palms 2 Pines Towing. They are responsible for breaking a tie rod on my vehicle. I had to pay out of pocket $456.00 for parts and labor to repair my vehicle. Spoke to the Owner/Manager (Brian) he refused to reimburse me for the damage done. Really disappointed with this company, there is no accountability for the mistakes and damages. No matter if Customer has actual physical proof such as photos and invoices for out of pocket repairs. Palms 2 Pines covers up their mess with excuses, instead of paying for damages and taking responsibility for actions.

Called through AAA, but the driver that came out expertly and quickly fixed the problem, and went the extra mile when we asked for a better solution. Even provided good advice on preventing future issues, all around great service, timely, and reasonably priced.

What a great experience. My Porsche Macan needed a lift back to Orange County after having some mechanical issues. I called Palms to Pines towing at 9:30 am and they had a truck dispatched and my car loaded within the hour. I never expected same day service but it helped to get me out of a jam. Cheers and thanks to the inside team and the amazing driver.
