VERY UNRELIABLE TOW COMPANY! My insurance company had contacted thins towing company in regards to scheduling a tow for the following day, this company had accepted the job Scheduled for seven in the morning. Great right? It’s the next day, it’s 7am and I’m waiting and waiting and waiting , I even called the tow company which claimed to be open 24 hours and they are not, Nobody picks up. I call my insurance company to ask them. Where is my tow person? My insurance company told me that This tow company had “unsuccessful attempts in reaching me“When no one had reached out to myself or my husband. So now that they were going to reschedule me for 7:45PM??? Not professional at all.
