Sergio and the other staff were always very informative and professional, always keeping us up to date. They did an absolutely AMAZING job repairing out Charger and when i picked it up it looked BEAUTIFUL!! Excellent work! We would definitely use them again and refer our friends as well! Great experience at this location at the recommendation of McPeek Jeep. We had a fender bender with our Jeep Wrangler and the experience from start to finish was very smooth. The repairs actually ended up finishing sooner than projected and communication throughout the process was great. Additional parts and labor were required after the initial estimate and they worked directly with insurance to work out payment. When we got the car back, it was washed and detailed, a nice surprise! The parking situation here is not great, we did need to double park when dropping and picking up. Also, while I appreciate the detail after the repair, way too much tire shine was applied which splattered all over the side fender. Not a huge deal but just something to note. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location, and would absolutely return (but hopefully won't have to).

I had my brand new black Elantra sideswiped, and USA auto really did an excellent job restoring it back to stock condition. Paint matches perfectly, and panel profile, gap spacing and even the protective stickers we're restored to original look. Sergio has been more than helpful and offered detailing and refinishing the paint under warranty if anything went wrong with it. I believe they do stand by their warranty and really care about their customers. Thanks, Sergio!
