I can't thank Jose enough for his prompt and honest service! I was having a stressful day moving to my new home when one of my vehicles wouldn't start up! I called a bunch of companies for towing services and Jose was the only one to mention "let me try to start it before I tow it". When he arrived, he was so knowledgeable and got my car to start! I am so happy I trusted him. As long as I live in the area, I will call Jose for my towing related needs! 5 out of 5 stars from me!

I was just turning the corner at La Media and Otay Mesa Road when the car I was driving suddenly stop. Like if I slammed on the brakes. The engine stayed running but the car wouldn’t moved and it was dark out. I couldn’t even move the car by pushing it. Luckily the fire dept 43 was there and after passing by the second time they yelled, “get the car out of the road!” I said I couldn’t budge it. The three firemen got out and helped getting the car moved over. A few minutes later the tow truck arrived. He was so nice and as cold as it was out in Otay Mesa Jose( tow truck driver) told me to wait in the cab and he would give me a ride back home. It may have taken a few minutes longer than I wanted for him to arrive but just from past experience with Road one tows with State Farm Ins. I was really pleased that Jose offered me a ride. The State Farm towing does not give rides lately with this Covid 19 B. S. Going on and if you’re stranded at a this time is sucks to have to be forced to wait for a ride and not be able to reach anyone. I will always be thankful for Jose’s service. Give them a call if you’re stuck and need a tow! Ask for Jose. Tell him Vicki recommend him.

AMAZING response time! Was able to set up a pick up time right away. Jose was at the location within a 15 minute window. Was very professional with loading the car. Great communication with dropping car off at dealer. Would use again! But hopefully won’t have to ;)
