The building is very good-looking in the outside, and perfectly organized inside. It's a big Goodwill they have good surprises and hidden treasures waiting to be discovered. ?️? Parking lot is also enormous so you won't suffer. ?️? Employees are friendly and ready to help. ??

This review is directed toward management and the store owners, not the staff! I was hesitant on posting this because I don't want the staff to be blamed, I just want the higher ups to do their jobs. I’ve been shopping at this Goodwill for years and this is the worst I’ve ever seen it. Almost every time I come in there’s no one at the register & Customers are left standing around waiting to check out for a while. It’s obvious the store is severely understaffed and the employees are working hard, but they're people, not octopuses with 5 arms, one person can’t run the register, sort donation and help customers all at once, It’s unfair to them to shoppers. Considering how much free money this company gets, i can't see why there aren’t enough staff members scheduled to keep things running smoothly. The workers shouldn’t have to carry the entire store on their backs. I hope management takes this seriously and hires enough people to properly support both employees and customers.
