Miguel the sales part manager was absolutely rude as can be. No consideration and horrible customer service. He made me pay for the same part twice. I guess if you order a part pay for it and don’t pick it up on time they will make you pay for it again.

This location has been my go-to for many years. My experiences with different staff have been nothing but favorable. All helpful and informative. If new staff didn’t know the answer, new staff will make sure to ask a seasons staff for answer. Oh, more than one register was open, ready to ring up sales. Unlike Dollar Tree stores, there’s usually long lines with one cashier at register. Can’t compare, but I’m merely making a point. Today, I was in and out at the Palm Avenue location. Got what I needed, staff at register checked to see the best oil change deal for me … $47 later ($24 discount), I was out the door. One stop shop. Loved the service As for products, this location was well stocked and place was clean. Side note, not all Auto Zones are alike. Palm Avenue, thus far, has better customer service - 5 star attitude ??

Really appreciate the help I got from Itzael at the Imperial Beach Autozome on Palm. Helped me right away and got me situated with a battery for 2001 Suburban. Checked my old battery. Then the next day I had a different car with a battery situation and they helped oit right away and it was still good. Definitely been a nice change from when I had shopped there years ago. Appreciate it.
