The second time I've (unfortunately) had to have a car repaired, but the guys at Haws do amazing work! Their schedule is very reasonable, I was able to get my car evaluated midweek, and drop it off for repairs the following Monday. Turnaround time was reasonable too. Most importantly, the work is excellent, there is absolutely no evidence of the repair, the car looks immaculate! Also, I appreciate how detailed they are, people expect their car to look like new, and Haws really ensures the customer is completely satisfied with the outcome, and are understanding for any minor imperfections. Often times when dealing with any customer-service oriented business, I get the impression it's a hassle if you ask for everything to be made 100% right, but Carlos, my advisor, and the team at Haws genuinely seem to want to please the customer and make sure all their customers are 100% happy with the work. Highly recommended body shop for high quality workmanship, and customer service!

Third time using this shop - twice for body work and this latest time I had them install new lighting on my son's truck. As usual they did an impeccable job for a fair price and completed the work right in the timeframe promised. Luis deserves a special shout out - I've rarely encountered a more helpful and thoughtful person. Everyone at this business is so nice and highly competent. They clearly put their customers first. Will never use another body shop. Thanks again for a great experience!

Let me tell you, getting hit by another driver is stressful enough - but then dealing with their insurance trying to leave a gap in coverage? That's a whole other level of frustrating. I was dreading the whole process. But then there was Arturo. From the moment I first called Haws Auto Body, he was professional, warm, and completely on top of everything. He understood exactly what was happening with the other driver's insurance, recognized the gap it created, and took care of it. Just like that, he simply made it right. The repair itself is beautiful. My car looks perfect. Haws Auto Body has earned a loyal customer in me because of the way Arturo dealt with this situation, and I'll be sending everyone I know their way. 100% recommend!
