North Star Towing is the best! I got a flat tire in Blue Lakes - I called a bunch of other companies around the area, but North Star was available right away. Ruben called and let me know he was on his way - he showed up when he said he would and was super professional. So grateful for North Star! Excellent service and value - if you need a tow, call Ruben!!

Most unprofessional towing company I have ever experienced, dropping vehicles off at my shop. I have a specific tow drop off system in place to ensure no property damage to my shop, customer vehicles, and tow company vehicles. When attempting to inform the driver of how I wanted him to drop off a customers vehicle…. The driver became aggressive and started shouting obscenities and flipping me off….. IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!!!!! He then proceeded to do exactly the opposite of what was asked of him and drove off yelling and screaming obscenities. Unfortunately this tow truck company is no longer allowed on my property and police will be called if they do again step foot here. Very shameful way to do business. UPDATE on this business….. the son reuban…… who is supposedly now the owner is now calling my shop number and threatening me if I do not remove this review….. It will not be removed. Integrity means something and if you are looking for a professional tow company I highly recommend looking elsewhere. This is by far the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced.
