⭐☆☆☆☆ Untrustworthy and unprofessional business — be very careful. I called this shop and bought parts from them on August 12th. They told me the parts would arrive by Wednesday, but the delivery came a week late. When I finally received them, the parts were damaged. I contacted the shop, and they said they would send replacement parts the following week, but those replacements never arrived. When I called again, they said they couldn’t send another delivery to pick up the damaged ones, so we agreed that I would keep the parts and they would give me a 50% refund as compensation. It’s now been almost two months, and I still haven’t received that refund. Every time I call, I get the same excuses — “accounting issues,” “it’ll be processed soon,” etc. I even tried to reach their accounting department several times, but they never respond. This business has shown a complete lack of honesty and accountability. They make promises, don’t follow through, and ignore customers once they’ve been paid. If you value your time and money, stay away from this shop. They do not stand behind their products or their word.

Great on prices but at this location customer service is terrible. Front desk lady had an awful attitude when I was calling to order parts implying that we wouldnt even be able to pay for parts so why are we ordering then hung up in my face. Just go to the Rancho Cordova location. The way they treat you is worth the drive in comparison.
