I purchased a tailgate from their ebay store. After sharing VIN to confirm correct paint color, several messages back and forth to confirm no damage, scratches or blemishes, I paid $2,167.00. The tailgate arrived well packaged, no damage to the exterior of the box. Upon opening, several scratches, one 5” long and it was the wrong color. I immediately boxed it and communicated with the seller. As of today, it’s been nearly 2 months of them stalling to pay, they are now stealing 542.00 saying they won’t pay shipping and tax, after stating they would provide me a full refund. Be warned, they are dishonest, misrepresenting their product upfront in both color and condition. Also, they will stall, not communicate, lie and attempt to steal your money.
