On July 25, 2025, we rented a car from Los Angeles to Monterey, passing through Highway 5 ?️, a gas station in Los Banos city ⛽️ bought a small shop next to a cup of coffee ☕️ After coming out, the car could not start. My grandma had locked herself out of her car and was on the phone with State farm for over 20 minutes with no results. We called the local los banos state farm and talked with a woman, Michelle, and she called Andys towing for us. Within minutes my grandma received a phone call from Andy's towing asking for our location and within the next 10-15 minutes, Andy showed up. He was extremely kind and helpful and patient and quickly got my grandmas car unlocked. 10/10 would call Andy again to unlock a locked car.
