Carlos and team at Elite Auto Repair in Long Beach have top notch customer service and care. I came in with my Kia Soul with a seemingly damaged injector and Carlos was able to diagnose and quickly get to the issue. I had high hopes for this place because they hold a high rating and they’re across the street from one of my garages. They repaired one of my tires with a silicone coated screw plug. This method is a temporary solution for emergencies but is not acceptable as a permanent fix. The mechanic said it was too much labor to patch it from the inside. He offered to patch it correctly after I pointed out the screw plug, but at that point I lost confidence in their abilities. I am a certified a&p mechanic and own a collection of classic cars.
