MZ Collision is now my main body shop. I recommend them to anyone, especially if you truly care about your car’s appearance post-repair. My story: I was rear ended and had to go through the other party’s insurance, State Farm. State Farm had a major desire to deny most of my claim, resulting in my car sitting at the shop for almost a month. I was becoming extremely frustrated because I was the victim of someone’s careless driving and I felt that I had no control of my car repairs. Alex at MZ was handling most of the claim and then Brian, the owner, told me to file it through my own insurance. At that point, things finally started to get moving. My car was repaired in excellent quality. I was treated with kindness and respect by Alex and Brian. I am extremely satisfied with their service and diligence towards my car. And they are both really awesome people. My advice any time you are rear ended- immediately contact an attorney. Whether the other party is insured does not guarantee their insurance will follow through. An attorney will make sure of such.
