I had an amazing experience with Castro Towing, especially Alfredo! After being stuck for hours on the 58 East because several other companies kept canceling on me (still not sure why), Castro Towing accepted the call and showed up within 40 minutes. Alfredo was extremely professional, kind, and friendly from the moment he arrived. You can truly tell he takes pride in what he does. He made a very stressful situation so much easier and handled everything quickly and safely. I’m so grateful for the excellent service. If you ever need a tow, I highly recommend Castro Towing — ask for Alfredo! Greatly appreciated!

Best roadside service in the city of Mojave. Leo showed up 30-35 mins after I got in touch with this company for a tow. Service was outstanding, driver Leo was kind enough to give me to find a ride to work after blowing a tire. For an extra few dollars I was Still able to get my Malibu towed home in a timely fashion. Operater/Angie had great communication and answered all of my questions with respect and confidence.
