I went into this autozone thurs oct 2nd @9pm ish closer to closing I had realized one of my headlight lights went out so I rushed before closing and I was welcomed in by Cesar I went straight to the section and got my light and headed to the checkout I wasn’t sure if I got the right light so I asked the gentleman Cesar if he can double check he did and he even helped check my lights to make sure and was so kind he even changed it. I am truly thankful that I got him at check out. He was extremely helpful so I just wanted to leave a review so hopefully the manager can see that he has excellent customer service. So thank you again Cesar I appreciated the help truly!!

Customer service is horrible bunch of bunch of little young kids that just work there and just waste time literally there are six people working there and only one line is open and they see people standing in the other lines and yet they tell people there's only one line this place needs to hire people who have experience

Went for the used oil filter event I gave the lady two different tacoma one 2008 v4and 2019 v6 information still manages to give me a wrong oil filter for 2019 tacoma after she said quote it same number came in 4:48p.m
